Starting a new business is both an exciting and frightening under taking. Tỷ lệ lấp đầy là một chỉ báo tốt về môi trường kinh doanh tổng thể. Giá mỗi foot vuông sẽ tăng khi tỷ lệ lấp đầy tăng.
Thay đổi kinh tế là một phần của môi trường kinh doanh. Đây thường là những biến động lớn về giá cả trong một thành phố nhất định.
